Paulinia Robots Blasts Indaiatuba Blues to Capture 7th Place

Paulinia Robots got the fourth-highest point total this season to demolish Indaiatuba Blues 150.72 to 83.22. Paulinia Robots took a 41.98-point lead on Sunday afternoon and never looked back. Indaiatuba Blues just doesn’t have what it takes to beat Paulinia Robots, who extended their career unbeaten streak to two games in the series. These two teams are tied for seventh place with 4-4 records, but Paulinia Robots has a clear lead in points, 988.82 to 909.90. On top of the loss, Indaiatuba Blues had a starter score zero points (Jamison Crowder).

James Conner had plenty of chances for Paulinia Robots, but he logged just 60 total yards on 18 touches.

Sorocaba Wild Mules crushed Indaiatuba Riders 133.04 to 92.50 while putting up the highest score of their season. Sorocaba Wild Mules took a 19.60-point lead on Sunday afternoon and maintained that advantage for the rest of the matchup. This beatdown was revenge for a loss to Indaiatuba Riders in their last meeting a season ago. Mecole Hardman (acquired via free agency in Week 8) made a big impact, posting 22.60 points. Sorocaba Wild Mules (6-2, 894.52 points) remains in second place and Indaiatuba Riders (2-6, 892.04 points) stays mired in the cellar.

Myles Gaskin had plenty of chances for Sorocaba Wild Mules, but he logged just 63 total yards on 21 touches.

Wilson has now led Sorocaba Wild Mules in scoring in back-to-back weeks, and for three of the last four.

James White probably deserved more touches for Barao Butchers, as he put up a whopping 35 total yards on just four touches.

While George Kittle led Amparo Bikers in Week 6 (with 23.90 points) and Cole Beasley last week (22.20 points), Mahomes has now been the team’s leading point-getter twice in the last four matches.

In Week 9, Amparo Bikers will face Indaiatuba Riders (2-6, 892.04), the last-place team in the league. Barao Butchers plays Rio Claro Farmers (5-3, 910.78).

Limeira Dead Rabbits Finishes Strong Against Sorocaba Steelers to Capture 9th Place

Limeira Dead Rabbits picked up the second-highest player score this week from DK Metcalf with 40.10 points (161 Rec Yds, 2 TD) and erased a 7.10-point deficit on Sunday night to beat Sorocaba Steelers 129.06 to 115.06. Sorocaba Steelers has now dropped three straight. Julio Jones led Sorocaba Steelers with 20.70 points (137 Rec Yds) while Joe Burrow brought in 18.86 (249 Pas Yds, 2 TD). Limeira Dead Rabbits (4-4, 905.02 points) climbs into ninth place and Sorocaba Steelers (3-5, 865.50 points) steps into 10th place.

Tevin Coleman really deserved more touches for Sorocaba Steelers, as he put up a whopping 20 total yards on just three touches.

Limeira Dead Rabbits was on a different level with their wideouts, as they started two of the league’s top-five overall WRs this week. Since Metcalf was the top point-getter for Limeira Dead Rabbits, it means a different player has led the team in each of the last four weeks. With 27.60 points, Ryan Fitzpatrick paced the squad in Week 5, while the Buccaneers Defense (19.00 points) was tops in Week 6 and Davante Adams (44.60 points) last week.

Rio Claro Farmers Squashes Brotas Alligators to Grab 4th Place

Rio Claro Farmers annihilated Brotas Alligators 152.24 to 67.08 while putting up the third-highest point total this season. Rio Claro Farmers took a 78.66-point lead on Sunday afternoon and never looked back. It was a blockbuster of a beatdown, with the 85.16-point margin being the highest recorded in the league this season. To make matters worse, Brotas Alligators had a starter score zero points (Joe Mixon). Rio Claro Farmers (5-3, 910.78 points) climbs into fourth place and Brotas Alligators (3-5, 869.22 points) stays in 12th place.

Gordon had plenty of opportunities for Brotas Alligators, but could only manage 47 total yards on 14 touches.

Campinas Giants Smokes London Knights, Streak Climbs to Four

Campinas Giants is now coming out on top with regularity after winning their fourth straight. The San Francisco WR (acquired via free agency in Week 4) made a big impact, posting 23.10 points. With Kenny Golladay delivering zero points for Campinas Giants, the gap could have been wider. London Knights (4-4, 917.02 points) drops to fifth place and Campinas Giants (6-2, 966.94 points) remains in first place.

While DeAndre Hopkins led Campinas Giants in Week 7 with 24.30 points, Kamara paved the way this week with 25.30.

In Week 9, Campinas Giants plays Indaiatuba Blues (4-4, 909.90), while London Knights matches up against Limeira Dead Rabbits (4-4, 905.02).

Limeira Guara Wolf Beats Goncalves Miners, Streak Now at Four

Limeira Guara Wolf is now coming out on top with regularity and is on a four-game winning streak, while Goncalves Miners is hurting, having lost their last three. Jamaal Williams (acquired via trade in Week 2) made a big impact, posting 18.20 points.
